Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop, document, and support the creation of high-precision plastic injection molds and components for manufacturing.
• Assist the Program team during the initial project quotation phase by providing accurate tooling and product DFM (Design for Manufacturability) that aligns with quality standards.
• Engage with customers for DFM and mold concept reviews to ensure their technical requirements and concerns are properly addressed.
• Support the Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews prior to tool launch.

You will need: -

• Previous experience or knowledge in Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding, or Manufacturing Process Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above.

As a trusted advisor to the market management team, the Sales Excellence Manager for ASEAN markets (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines) will play a critical role in driving commercial transformation and sales execution.

You will be at the cutting edge of influencing strategic and tactical decisions on our commercial strategy and operations by implementing analytics and reporting to support the success of our businesses. You are responsible for

• Leading sales excellence and performance improvement projects in line with management team’s top priorities
• Installing daily management and problem solving in Order Intake (OIT) and Funnel Health
• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert to bring targeted solutions (data and analytics) as a result of problem solving
• Coaching top opportunities at risk, by applying customer focused selling (CFS) tools & techniques

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following

• Strong communications as well as interpersonal skills to work closely with all functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and management to achieve the gold standard in reporting and analytics across the organization. Customer service mentality and problem solving capabilities are a must.
• Possess outstanding business acumen to be able to extract critical information to provide insight into the business in a timely and effective manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's or Advanced Degree preferred
• 12 – 15 years of working experience with 7 years of demonstrated success in working with sales and service leadership, marketing, and other functional areas to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force
• Advanced proficiency in digital commercial tools, particularly Salesforce (CRM) is highly preferred
• Ability to utilize your change management expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills to lead leaders, interface and influence at all levels in the organization

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Work closely with users, vendors and internal team for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, testing and implementation on IT application project in cloud.
• Write and maintain robust, clean, and efficient code.
• Manage AWS environments, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and infrastructure.
• Migrating current application system to cloud.
• Assist in cost analysis and budget management for AWS resources.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on AWS cloud services.
• Proficient in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Strong programming skills in [list preferred languages, e.g., Python, Node.js].
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security practices and infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in integration processes (both traditional and cloud-based).
• Strong experiences with the above stated requirements with other cloud provider such as Azure or GCP are welcome.
