Responsibilities:

Nurse Manager/ Nurse Educator

Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care of patients with complex healthcare needs according to updated standards of nursing practice
• Ensures patient care delivery (inclusive of education and counselling) is carried out according to established standards of care practice using patient care plan / clinical pathways
• Co-ordinates patients’ access and treatment sequence where required for the specialty
• Conducts teaching and counselling for patients and their families / carers
• Initiates and ensures implementation of discharge planning for patients
• Leads and participates actively in the review of patients with the multidisciplinary team
• Follows up on patients at NUH specialist outpatient clinics where appropriate
• Conducts specialty nurse-led clinic for patients and their families where needed
• Provides clinical supervision to nurses and nurse trainees to ensure quality patient care delivery
• Updates and maintains patient consultation / training statistics / other types of register / registry where appropriate
• Applies understanding of prevention of medico-legal issues in relation to patient care

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Acts as a resource person for clinical nursing matters
• Plans, implements and evaluates in-service staff education and specialty training courses based on unit and individual training needs
• Inducts newly graduated advanced diploma nurses in specialty care of a specific group of patients

Requirements
• Registered Nurse with at least 9 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which 2 years must be as Assistant Nurse Clinician
• Diploma in Nursing with relevant post-basic advanced certification and Degree in Nursing from recognized training institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Technically skilled and competent

The Healthcare Project Implementation Supervisor supports mid to large scale projects consisting of single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services. He/She analyzes customer solutions and actively participates in successful solution implementation while meeting the needs of customers and the company. The Healthcare Project Implementation Supervisor manages cross functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits as defined by the implementation Master Operating Plan (MOP).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end.
• Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain sign-off, agreement on project cost, and needed resources.
• Develops project plans (i.e., detailed plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to ensure that the project will be completed on time and according to specifications.
• Ensures affected functions or groups are identified and works with them to negotiate process changes, ownership of processes, and to manage project impact.
• Conducts information gathering work sessions with stakeholders to establish "as-is" (i.e., current state) maps and "to-be" (i.e., proposed state) for business process and process improvement recommendations.
• Designs and implements communication plans to ensure those affected by projects are informed and updated.
• Follows up with assigned resources formally (e.g., status meetings, etc.) and informally to continuously manage the productivity of the team, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Balances multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
