The Company

A well-established company in the real estate sector is currently seeking a senior accountant to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role involves managing accounting and financial reporting, including reviewing monthly accounting entries. The position entails preparing consolidated financial statements on various timelines in accordance with appropriate accounting standards. The individual will be responsible for auditing these entities, preparing individual and consolidated annual budgets, and conducting performance analysis.

Reporting to Finance Manager, you will be involved in operational finance and corporate accounting for a portfolio of entities and provide support by ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

You will prepare/review/submit monthly accounts, journal entries and supporting schedules, quarterly reporting packs/presentations with variance analysis, payments and billings including inter-company activities and staff claims.
