Event Coordination and Execution:
- Plan, organize, and execute various external events, including seminars, conferences, workshops, and end user engagements.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote company events.
- Create engaging content for promotional materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and event invitations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand presence across all communications.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Ad Hoc Marketing Responsibilities:
- Support marketing initiatives as needed, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec OR Diploma in Marketing/Hospitality & Tourism related field
- Proven experience in event coordination and execution.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
