• Conduct site Audit on the sub-contractor/vendor.
• Ensure that adequate equipment and facilities are provided for verification of product quality.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Experience

• 5 years QAQC experiences in EPC projects.
• Knowledge in Inspection of Pressure Vessel, Piping, FRP tanks, Rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, agitators, etc.
• Knowledge in Non-Destructive Test such as RT, UT, PT, MT and able to interpret test results.
• Able to read, understand and interpret technical requirements, quality procedures, drawings, P&ID.
• Detail-oriented and have strong communication skills and able to work with people from all levels.
• Experiences in wastewater, desalination, water utility, incineration, power plant packages are preferred.

• Attend QAQC meetings, monitor and check on quality on all works and materials on site; take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report of any materials that are not conforming to the Specifications;
• To facilitate the timely taking over of site parcels to be handed over by other contractors and highlight any issues that will delay the progress of the works;
• To take and carry out instructions from and represent the QP(S), QP(D) and CAG on site;
• To review all drawings (including shop drawings, construction drawings) and method statements and risk assessments to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Contractor / QPs, including checking of as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by the contractors and ensuring that the required construction tests associated with the construction works are carried out where necessary;
• Coordinate and compile the As-Built information for record purposes timely.
• Monitor the quality and progress of defects rectification works when necessary.

Qualification:

• Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;
