We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to help us build out and manage our data infrastructure, which will need to operate reliably at scale using a high degree of automation in setup and maintenance. You will be part of cross-functional agile engineering team (squad) responsible to build, deploy and run (support) one or more of our digital products, focusing on full-stack experience to build robust & resilient systems (front-end & back-end).

• Support Test Solution Improvement for Cost Reduction, and Yield Improvement
• Support Tester or Handler platforms migration to attain low test cost and address test setup capacity constraints.
• Responsible for “Technical Product and Test Knowledge” required to guide internal team

• Provide remote debug and technical support to offshore factory sites to resolve any Test Solution Related Issue
• Integrate test instruments or test screen from bench setup into test program.

Job Description

• ICA (Instrumentation, Control and Automation) related design for process plant (water/wastewater plant, incineration plant, etc.), from concept to implementation, ensuring project is delivered on time, within specifications and meeting industrial standards. ICA designs adhere to relevant safety standards (such as SIL, IEC 61511) and cybersecurity protocols to mitigate operational risks. Collaborate with process team to optimize the processes through intelligent control strategies, adaptive algorithms, and data-driven insights.
• Review project specifications, technical proposal/design documentations from the ICA subcontractor/supplier and liaise with project consultant / client for the approval of technical documentations/drawings.
• Support ICA related procurement work, develop cost estimates for ICA products and ICA works, and prepare the schedule for ICA works.
• Project coordination, ensure project is on schedule and is running smoothly, including handling technical matters at site, managing ICA subcontractor/supplier and working on site with clients and other stakeholders.
• Supervise installation and testing and commissioning of ICA works.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process plant electrical EPC work with Degree in Electrical , Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering or related Engineering Discipline. For Diploma holder, minimum 6 years of experience is required. For senior position, candidate must have at least 8 years of experience.
• Familiar with relevant code of practice and standards in Singapore
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D/Bentley is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
