Job Description & Requirements
Provide general administration support and advice to the Facilities Management team, liaising with the Helpdesk Team as required. Update documentation and records using a range of different IT systems to ensure information and data is always maintained and updated to reflect compliance.
- Develop and approve all technological operations and software solution
- Review and improve company software and technological infrastructure
- Assess company short and long term technological and software needs
- Design and implement data protection processes
- Streamline company processes efficiently to reduce cost and increase profit
- Monitor budgets and key performance indicators
