As a technical support engineer, you’ll be part of a global team whose main focus is ensuring that Wise API integrations get an industry-leading level of assistance when they need it. You’ll work with Wise Platform enterprise partnerships and business payouts customers, Open Banking providers, and self-onboarded API users. They all depend on rapid and dedicated support: from general questions about the behaviour of an API or webhook, to acting as a first-responder for a major incident.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop a deep expertise in the Wise API products and capabilities, and solid understanding of how Wise Platform partnerships have integrated with the solution. You’ll collaborate with teams across the Wise Platform and Open Banking products to do that.

• Support the team to help contacts across all channels, primarily over email in our support queues, and also by phone in the case of critical issues for a partnership.

• Contribute significantly to troubleshooting and solving issues users report, both independently and collaboratively with engineering and commercial teams in Wise.

• Enable the rest of the team to support API users globally, by sharing and capturing knowledge and trends on the issues users are raising.

Responsibilities and Duties

To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs

Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards

Provides hands on technical expertise (SME) , senior level technical guidance to application team as necessary

Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ database performance, capacity, resiliency , stability, replication and other key aspects

Researching and recommending solution that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements

Provide technical support to application development teams

Evaluate release of Middleware, Operating system, Database components and its tools to ensure entire environment is complaint with no/minimal impact

Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, Other Container platforms

Knowledge in Linux OS, Wintel OS, MariaDB or Any Other databases

Knowledge in Networking (F5 GTM/LTM or any other SLB)

5 Years minimum professional experience and 3 Years minimum relevant experience

Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred

Will need to work in shifts and in weekends

Team player to work with multiple teams and teammates

Transport is claimable - before 7am (for morning shift 6am to 3pm) , after 11pm (afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm)

a. Morning shift 6am to 3pm

b. General shift 9am to 6pm.

d. Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Compensation:

SGD 3,950 (Fixed) + RSUs

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities

Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.

Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components. Proven ability to provide regional support and integrate CyberArk solutions via APIs. CyberArk certifications are preferred to validate knowledge and skills.

Scripting and Reporting: Proficient in writing PowerShell scripts and SQL statements to develop comprehensive management reports focused on the usage and operational management of privileged accounts. This includes automating reporting processes and ensuring accurate data presentation for stakeholders.

Data Visualization: Experienced with Grafana for creating data visualizations and dashboards, enabling real-time insights into access management and security posture. Skilled at translating complex data sets into understandable visual formats for better decision-making.

Privileged Access Management: Strong understanding of enterprise privileged access management principles, encompassing risk management, compliance, governance, and control. Ability to develop and enforce policies that mitigate risks associated with privileged access.

Audit Experience: Extensive experience in responding to audit queries and preparing detailed reports related to access management. Skilled in analyzing audit findings and implementing corrective actions to address compliance gaps. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and readily available.

Remediation Expertise: Extensive experience in remediating CyberArk failed objects to ensure that auto-managed objects comply with security policies and standards. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain operational integrity and compliance.

Technical Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key operating systems and databases, including Windows, Unix, MSSQL, and MariaDB. Previous experience in administering these platforms enhances ability to manage and secure privileged accounts effectively.

Banking Environment Experience: Familiarity with working in a banking or financial services environment, understanding the unique regulatory and security requirements involved. This background supports effective implementation of access management solutions tailored to industry standards.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or a related field). Alternatively, a combination of relevant professional experience and CyberArk certifications is also acceptable, demonstrating a solid foundation in security practices.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administration & Business Support Executive, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and playing a key role in creating a safe and pleasant workplace environment for the company. This includes the management of all vendors including building management, all third-party service providers (cleaning staffs) and vendors. You are also the primary contact point with our business travel providers and in providing Executive Support for Senior Management as required. You will also be required to support on other administrative activities such as coordination and support of internal visitors and company events and in receiving external guests.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a safe and welcoming office environment for all staffs
