We are looking for a Technical Support Programmer who is passionate and responsible to join our Car Park Technical Support team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

· To upkeep and perform system maintenance of security and parking systems, and provide day-to-day system/technical support to users on all system related enquiries.

· Assist in resolving software related technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors.

· Able to provide necessary training to teammates and end-users.

· Assist in project implementation and enhancement work of security and car park systems including preparation and updating of application software.

· Work closely with the Field Support and Customer Support team both onsite and remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience preferred.

· Degrees from related fields and experienced candidates will also be considered.

· Must have proven experience with C#, Visual Studio, IIS, SQL, web services, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, XML etc.

· Strong understanding of SQL databases, writing and optimizing queries.

· Good and positive working attitude

· Willing to learn and pick up new skills.

· Able to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines.

· Able to work well individually and in a team.

· Self motivated, with a sense of ownership

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

· 5+ years of experience with Distributed Technologies – Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS SQL Server, Unix, MQ, Oracle.

· Strong working experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application production support

· Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application architecture

· Excellent troubleshooting skills in Control-m batch issues, SSIS packages

· Strong automation skills (Unix Shell scripting / windows batch scripting or any other scripting language)

· Hands-On experience in writing / debugging scripts, code, and database queries

· Software Engineering & Change Management

· Solid understanding and execution of DR & BCP

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Essential:

· 5 + years of experience working in Banking IT industry support. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Siebel CRM applications.

· Strong team player. Flexible and being able to manage time effectively.

· Able to work with sense of urgency under multiple deadlines and successfully organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

· Experience in L2 / L3 support in a Production Support group in a high availability / mission critical environment.

Strong understanding of ITIL methodology

Responsibilities

• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions.
• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans
• To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site.
• To check trial panel & mock-up done on site and off site, Where necessary.
• To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary.
• To ensure emergency preparedness protocols are adhered to by the contractors during trial runs or actual emergencies.
• To prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified. Carry out coordination of all services.
• To supervise works to comply with statutory requirements
• Inspect and maintain records of equipment/machinery/licensed machinery operator/permits
• To ensure all works are being carried out in accordance with the approved plans
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordinate meetings and to keep proper minutes of these meetings.
• To help resolve contractors’ queries and coordinated the works with other contractors.
• To facilitate the timely taking over of site parcels to be handed over by other contractors and highlight any issues that will delay the progress of the works.
• To ensure that proper and updated records of all works

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Arch/C&S Engineering from a University accredited by the Professional Board, Singapore
• Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
• 5 to 8 years’ site working experience in Singapore, Arch, C&S and M&E in building projects
