• Bachelor or higher degree in IT or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application production support on Java and .NET applications in both Unix and Windows environment
• Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment
• Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors
• Knowledge of web languages (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript); familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and application servers (e.g. IIS, WebSphere Application Server)
• Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technology
• Certification or formal training in ITIL will be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Handle customers' enquiries, prepare sales quotations, processing sales order, sales invoice and logistics management.
• Update products price list, brochure and distribute marketing materials to all customers.
• Assist in marketing communications, including maintenance of websites and social media platforms.
• Ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent.
• Knowledge with photo and video editing software, Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experiences.
