About the Role:
As an IT Support Technician, your primary responsibility will be to offer technical assistance for a diverse range of hardware and software issues spanning computers, mobile phones, and various other devices. In addition to this, you will play a vital role in our IT disposal operations, ensuring the secure management and sanitization of discarded items in adherence to data protection regulations and environmental standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in hardware, software issues.
- Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacements.
- Use appropriate tools & methods to run diagnostic tests.
- Work with other team members to deliver efficient IT support and IT disposal services.
Requirements
- Experience with troubleshooting, resolving issues related to hardware and software.
- Knowledge about computer hardware and components
- Good communication and technical skills
- Able to work independently, proactively participate in a team environment.
- Prior experience in IT support roles is preferred but not a must.
