This role may be challenging and fast paced so you will need to be an efficient worker who is organized, meticulous, self-motivated, and resourceful. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, a team player and have integrity to handle highly confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness and enhance social media presence for the group brands
• Create and manage all Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
• Manage and update company websites and website enquiries
• Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Endorsement with Media to enhance brand image
• Provide monthly reports to Management on progress of current campaigns
• Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the practice.
• You will be required to support the maintenance of accounting ledger functions of the company through accurate posting of details in the ledger.
• You will be required to handle daily operations for incomings funds, generate payments for operating expenses and updating entries into the back-office system.
• Your responsibilities also include daily reconciliation balances and collate information for reporting to management. You will also be following up on collections ensuring adherence to the company's credit control polices.

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Working Hours – 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 530pm (Fri)

Location: Near to Novena MRT

Responsibilities:

• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for accounting of customer collections e.g. preparation of billings to customers, creation of deposit records, GIRO payments from customers.
• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for managing customer inquiries and exceptions e.g. waivers, refunds.
• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for generating and dispatching customer statement of accounts.
• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for the preparation of AR reports, including AR aging report.
• The job-holder is also responsible to take on AR transformation projects that will be assigned in addition to the above jobscope. He/She is expected to participate actively in the project planning and to achieve the project objective within tight timeline.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma (a diploma in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage)
• Fresh diplomas holders are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in Account Receivable role will be an advantage
• Prior knowledge of/ experience in using SAP will be an advantage
• Prior experience of working in a shared services environment will be an advantage.
• Prior knowledge and/or experience in computing science (automation) as well as project
• management skills will be an advantage.
