You will manage all the non-clinical tasks of the Dialysis Centres (DCs) that are assigned to you. You will resolve operational challenges at the DC, ensuring delivery of consistently high service standards to patients. As a part of the Client Management team, the Account Exec/Senior Account Executive will be the key project contact with clients, internal teams and other agency partners/vendors. The Operations Executive would be working directly with all members of the team, including team members based in London. Role Description:

This Procurement Executive will be based in Singapore and report to Procurement Manager. This newly created Procurement Executive role supports our internal stakeholders, enabling operations to meet key organisational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing basic procurement functions in accordance with Procurement policies.
• Liaise with business units and divisions to keep track of procurement data and activity.
• Maintain and update system database to track approval status of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Identify information and documentation required for approval of the purchase requisition and advise end-users accordingly.
• Perform invoices matching to match supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO.
• Ensure all services and works are conducted in compliance with company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls, and legal requirements.
• Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.

Specifications/Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
