• To present monthly overall platform weight status to Company with all potential threats and opportunities for overall platform weight

- Design and Creation: Develop high-quality designs for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, event collaterals, banners, and digital content in line with the company’s branding.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs maintain a consistent visual identity and align with marketing goals.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics that support campaigns and promotional efforts.

2. Print Production Management:

- Oversee Printing Projects: Manage the production of printed materials, including liaising with external printers, ensuring quality, and handling delivery timelines.

- Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials and formats for various print collateral, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

3. Social Media Management:

- Content Posting and Scheduling: Create, schedule, and post content on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to engage the target audience and grow brand awareness.

- TikTok Shop Live Hosting: Confidently host live sessions on TikTok Shop, showcasing products and interacting with the audience in real-time to drive engagement and sales.

4. Email Marketing:

- Mailchimp Campaigns: Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including designing email templates and writing engaging copy that resonates with our audience.

- Campaign Management: Track and report on the performance of email campaigns, optimizing content to improve open rates and click-through rates.

Requirements:

- Graphic Design Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Print Production Knowledge: Experience with handling print materials, coordinating with external vendors, and managing the production process.

- Social Media Experience: Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Live Streaming Confidence: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with experience hosting live events or engaging in live interactions (TikTok Shop Live experience is a plus).

- Email Marketing Skills: Proficiency in using Mailchimp or similar platforms to design and send email campaigns.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours:

1) Full-Time:

- Monday & Saturday/Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- Tuesday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- 5-day work week, with flexibility for supporting live sessions and project deadlines as needed

2) Part-Time:

35 hours in a week

Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

• Photo and video taking for marketing and promotional purposes
• Basic skills in graphic design, web design & web development
• Technical expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator & Microsoft office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Create assets for online and offline marketing, including website, social media channels, YouTube, EDM, digital ads, merchandise, name cards & posters
• Timely deliveries of artwork and tasks assigned
• Performing admin and basic accounting duties like filing, data entry, updating documents & organising invoices.
• Assist in general office matters as and when required
• Working hours: 9Hrs/5days (Monday to Friday)
