MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DCS Operation

• Perform starts up and shuts down according to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions or Checklists,
• Monitor and control process variables via DCS (towers, reactors, driers, compressors, etc) to maintain quality & plant in steady & efficient condition,
• Respond to process alarms, process upsets or abnormal process conditions according to established practices and procedures in order to begin or cease production as advised by Supervisor or Engineers,

Field Operation

First Line Maintenance

• Perform first line maintenance task for equipment size below 4” eg. cleaning strainers or filters, opening & closing flanges, connecting hoses, tightening packing or flange leaks.

Quality Assurance

• Online (PI system) quality monitoring,
• Reporting deviations to supervisor, investigate process conditions and adjust process variables accordingly.

HSE

• Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan promptly to Supervisor,
• Create and issue Safe Work Permits (Part of Work Flow),
• Isolates all equipment (lock out / tag out) as required, in accordance with established procedures,
• Performs CAR Seal Checks according to annual program,
• Participates as a member of the Initial Response Team during emergencies,

Job Description

Your main responsibilities include planning, design, supervision and coordination of projects. You will work closely with other technical professionals, regulatory authorities and contractors to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and clients’ requirements.

Requirements:

• You should possess a good honours degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of design and supervisory experience in high-rise building construction and civil engineering work
• You should be familiar with the various related design codes of practice
• You should have basic structural design competency in pre-cast technology and familiar with engineering software and submission procedures to regulatory authorities

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible for maintenance of equipment and facilities by performing maintenance, repair, troubleshoot, loop check, calibration and testing of site-wide instrumentation, control and electrical system to achieve high equipment reliability in compliance with cGMP, EHS and regulatory requirements in a cost-effective manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance activities according to procedures, good engineering practices and cGMP.
• Carry out Preventive/Predictive Maintenance of plant instrumentation, control and electrical system to ensure high reliability and availability.
• Support to develop Preventive Maintenance SOP/Procedures and tasks to maintain plant assets.
• Conduct trouble-shooting and locate sources of problems by observing instrument/electrical devices in operation, listening for problems, using measuring tools and testing instruments for trouble shooting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support (IRS/QAR) investigations.
• Support project construction and commissioning of plant equipment and systems through active involvement in punch listing and commissioning activities; discuss equipment improvement and modifications with Supervisor/Engineers.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment on areas under one’s responsibility.
• Complete all assigned training on-time and also prior to work execution.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs.
• Perform calibrations on process and analytical instrumentation.
• Document all work order activities in relevant equipment logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve calibration/instrumentation issues in a timely manner utilizing DMAIC techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries for Senior position and Minimum 2 years for Junior position.Other Job-Related Requirements:
• Knowledge of instrument calibration, electrical system / equipment operations and maintenance skill and knowledge with experience in working in a team performance matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System, current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Right First-Time technique.
• Able to demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge in Electrical and Instrument Maintenance Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills.

• Review and troubleshoot electrical and automation problems.
• Develop software programming, site testing & commissioning for PLC, HMI, SCADA and VFD, Soft starter, Power Meter
• Ready to learn new products & Technology.
• Provide on-site tech support for PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD/Soft starter/Power Meter, Guidance to product installation, troubleshooting of our products.
• Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team.
• Review engineering specifications, drawings, and work instructions, for fulfillment of customer requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Experience in PLC and HMI Programs for machine controls
