Responsibilities:

• Prepare Proforma Invoice, Contract of Sales, Sales Orders, Quotation & other sales documents
• Follow-up on product label, ensure label design are approved by customer
• Consolidate and update of Sales Forecast & Sales Summary
• Assists the Business Support team in Procurement coordination
• Liaise with Suppliers on printing of product labels, leaflets & other packaging materials
• Liaise with Regional offices for Sales/Marketing related matters
• Liaise with various department to fulfil customers’ orders

• Distribution of mails to Directors
• Provide Secretarial duties to Directors
• Handling telephone enquiries & email

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Marketing/Business fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
• At least 1-2years’ experience in sales administration and coordination will be added advantage
• Past working experience in a secretary role is an advantageous
