- Check and verify before issuing Sale Invoices and update the collection accordingly.

- Check and match suppliers’ invoices with PO and Performa Invoices taken in AP system and upload all the supporting in the system as well.

Role  

The Art Therapist is to work with children and families of all ages and backgrounds using the visual arts as a medium for healing, awareness and self-development. The intention is not a focus on the artistic skills of the client but their engagement in a creative personal process. They work in either a group or one-to-one setting and provide a safe and secure environment for clients to work through their emotions. Clinical Care

· Work under supervision of Nursing Officer to analyse, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for clients. Co­ ordinate and implement care plan for the clients.

· Pack and serve medication and update of in-patient medical records, sign IMR upon serving.

· Conduct rounds to ensure clients are well and safe and report any abnormality for immediate/tii1nely treatment and follow up with nursing supervisor.

· Assist in Doctor's rounds and in treatments and examinations of clients including perform blood taking and vaccination.

· Identify problems related to illness and decline in functional, cognitive abilities and advocate early medical attention.
