Responsibilities:

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

· Manages customer projects comprising of Systems including hardware/or Software Projects Covers lifecycle from development until rollout and maintenance phase

· Directly responsible for the project results, including quality and financials

· Defining, leading and shaping projects Employs accurate estimating techniques and makes use of planning and risk management in order to have the chance to monitor and control appropriately.

· Adopts the accepted PM best practices (e.g. PMI) and ensures that the project team does so, too.

· Monitors and reports about the overall profitability of the project.

· Collaborate with cross-domain teams to engage customers in requirement gatherings, technical training and project delivery

· Design and develop applications based on SDLC and related methodologies for software projects

· Explore/test new and existing Identity management solutions and assess its suitability for deployment.

· Autonomously designing a project workflow, a process definition and optimization possibilities.

· Coaches and advises colleagues who are working on projects.

· Analysis of complex customer requirements with regard to business processes, IT infrastructure and security, and later on development of adequate solution proposals.

· Experience in interacting directly with customer, keeping in control even in escalation situations

· Collaborate with business teams and technical teams in project management, planning, requirements study and testing

· Communicate with customers in system integration and collaboration, project roll out

· Assure quality of team deliverables, monitor application performance and maintain application support service level

· Prepare project documentations and system specifications

· Perform project implementation and engineering work for the Company’s range of Enterprise Solutions

· Plan and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of project

· Preparation and co-ordination of the go-lives of our solutions at customer sites

· Implementation of tailored IT solutions, quality assurance of technical solutions through module, function and integration tests.

· Supervise the technical team to provide pre and post sales technical support including POC, installation and maintenance services

· Manage the day-to-day operations and liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors and customers to plan and execute installation schedules

· Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Degree/Higher diploma in Computer Science/EEE, IT, Communications, Mechatronics, or other related disciples

· Minimum 3 – 4 years of working experience related to IT security and/or in application development with strong knowledge of coding practices

· Professional certifications such CISSP or other relevant qualifications will be an advantage

· Proficient in the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, SQL

· Effectively builds and maintains partnerships with clients, prospects and people at all levels across the company.

· Ability to drive projects in a matrix management environment that includes influencing, efficiency, collaboration and openness with a focus on results orientation;

· Proficiency in collaboration, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics, project management, and facilitation of significant projects;

· Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills

· Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure such as servers, LAN, WLAN, printers and operation systems

6. Familiar with industry standard practices from SD, DD, CD to As-built

12. Gets updated and refreshed on design guidelines, trends, materials

Requirements

1. Minimum a Diploma or above in a related field, preferably from a design or creative program
2. Preferably to have min. 5 years of experience in related field and possess a strong interior design & technical background in commercial interior design works
3. Understanding of latest trends, materials, technology and practices in the industry
4. Able to work with design software like, Adobe, AutoCAD and Sketchup
5. Able to work with Enscape will be a bonus
6. Familiarity of Code of Practices, Guidelines and Singapore Regulations will be a bonus

· Manages Key Access Control

· Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies

· Member of the CERT team to provide assistance during the triggering of a fire alarm

· Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents

· Maintain the Security Log Book and send Incident Reports

· Manage undesirable behaviour in a professional manner, intervening and defusing potential altercations

· Handle Loss and Found items

· Liaise with Police in the absence of Security Supervisor

· Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty

· Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations

· Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor.

· 6 days’ work week.

· Possesses valid Security License issued by PLRD/SIRD.
