Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Economics/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years working experience in cross-border payment / remittance industry / FX industry / DPT industry
• Entrepreneurial and able to work in fast faced environment with numerous stakeholders
• Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Fluenct in both English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking associates). Additional Asian languages would be advantageous to communicate with clients in the international market.
• Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry preferred

1. Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop.

2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.

4. Be responsible for TikTok's Shop Tab, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and businesses to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.

6. Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

2. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Golang, or Python.

3. Work experience with E-Commerce Products and/or a vertical industry (including Monetization, Retail, Travel, Financial Service, etc).

4. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Java, C++.

5. Great to have hybrid cross-platform development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop platform, modular components for human-robot interaction.

• Work closely with various teams (students, researchers, engineers) to build demos, practical applications on XR/AR smart glasses (Hololens, Meta Quest, XREAL)
