Job Description :-
- Covering HR Spectrum - recruitment & selection, manpower & succession planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training and development.
- Assist in payroll related matters.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, - Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Manage and handle employeeās records
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required
Job requirements :-
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Able to handle all walks of life with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
