Our Nurse will be responsible for coordinating, directing, and evaluating of patients’ care and treatment to ensure best clinical outcome and excellent premium patient’s care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance to clinical standards of care and professional code of conduct
• Facilitate clinical faculty development to support clinical learning
• Assist the Doctor in the operating theatre and specialist clinic
• Act as a liaison between patients and doctors to ensure that all essential medical communications are clear and accurately converted
• Administrative support to ensure smooths and efficiency of daily clinic operation
• Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care of patients with complex healthcare needs, including documentation, and make appropriate changes in nursing care delivery in collaboration with the doctors and the nursing team
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the Doctor and the Head of Clinical Operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Qualification in Nursing
• Orthopaedic / Operating theatre experience will be advantage
• General Registration with SNB is preferred
• Enrolled Nurse with years of experience/degree in Nursing may also be considered

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations needs of the Taekwondo School
• Managing students records/ attendance, create invoices and manage payments.
• Attend to students’/ parents’ queries via telephone, online and physically
• Oversee school schedule, arrange for trial, 1-1 sessions and special events / projects such as competitions.
• Able to create simple marketing materials to promote school activities
• Perform other ops/ admin duties as required to support the running of the school

Job Description & Requirements

• Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
• Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments

Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek
• Must be able to commit to 3 night and 1 weekend shifts.
• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilties:

Programme Co-ordination:

Provide logistic support for activities and wellness programmes that focus on building the elderly’s self-help capacity including:

• On-site active ageing programmes which may be recreational/social and cognitive in nature sometimes in collaboration with external providers
• Organising and Participation in community events, outings and outreach events such as door-knocking to engage community seniors.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain a daily register of seniors who participate in activities and programmes at the Centre.
• Maintain data for submission
• Assist with money collection, issue receipts, maintenance of petty cash and requisition of centre supplies
• Provide support to the centre cleaner to promote and maintain the cleanliness of the centre
• Ensure centre maintenance tasks are done regularly, eg. Aircon servicing, LEW reviews etc.

Volunteer Engagement

• Encourage senior participation and volunteerism through promotion of senior initiated and implement activities and ideas
• Assist the Volunteer Management Executive to engage volunteers to run programmes and activities

• The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator who can work independently as well as a team member on our projects. As BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator you are expected to work as part of a Multi-Discipline Team of Consultants providing a comprehensive and fully integrated design services.
• Duties/Areas of Responsibility
• Design, prepare and update fire protection system such as sprinkler, fire alarm, wet riser, dry riser, hosereel, fire hydrant etc layout, section detail and schematic. in the shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• * Coordinate and liaise with PM/ PE and or Main Con on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.
• * Draft outline & detailed drawing(s) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement.
• * Maintain and revise drawings as needed, ensuring all corrections align with the instructions of supervisors.
• * Independently create accurate, high-quality drawings and thoroughly review them prior to submission.
• * Collaborate with designers and site engineers on drawing specifics and any client-requested sketches.
• * Ensure proper maintenance of drawing records and keep reports current.
• * Engage with customers to discuss engineering issue when necessary.
• * Strong team member, collaborator, and self-starter.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• * Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or School of Design or relevant qualifications that enable the candidate having the required knowledge and experiences.
• * Relevant minimum experience of 2 years in the M&E (preferably in the field of fire protection systems).
• * Proficiency in Revit MEP and other related BIM software,
• MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Application, etc.
• * Strong knowledge of fire protection system, design principles and standards. Code or practice.
• * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• * Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience.
