Job Description / Duties:

• Manage the entire talent acquisition function to support expansion of company
• In charge of onboarding/ off-boarding of employees
• Assist in talent retention and crafting out competitive strategies with regards to compensation and benefits
• Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations
• Organise company events including festival celebrations, anniversary dinner and team-bonding events
• Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
• Ensure company’s compliance with local relevant regulations
• Assist in other HR operations and business functions
• Ensure that the company's objectives and sales targets are met
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· 10+ years of experience in JAVA application design and development.

· Experience in developing Azure based application and solutioning

· Experience in developing application using spring boot, Junit and Hibernate.

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure the implementation of the branch compliance plan
• Respond to regulatory authorities’ routine queries and coordinates completion of survey and other request for information
• Develop and perform periodic compliance reviews
• Investigates compliance breaches and customer complaints
• Asssit in compliance training and provides advisory on Banking Act, SFA and FAA and other compliance matters
• Update compliance policies and procedures based on Head Office, and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepares/reviews periodic reporting to local regulatory authorities, Head office and Management.
• Tracks/monitor changes and updates on local regulations, conducts briefing and discussions on implementation with relevant departments and post implementation review.
• Conducts annual regulatory risk assessment
• Any other tasks as assigned by the HOD and/or Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3-4 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance in a bank
• Good leadership skill, team player and ability to manage multiple demands
• Meticulous and ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
