The Role

Reporting to the Regional Shared Services Lead, you will work independently as a bridge between Finance and IT to ensure smooth functioning of financial systems, tools and implementation of new system changes. You will be responsible for streamlining of new technologies to ensure proper integration with existing financial systems, proper system governance and controls as well as monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting financial systems.

This is a highly visible role and you will be supporting the Finance team with month-end closing processes and procedures, reconciliation of reports every quarter/year. You will also provide necessary training and support to end users of financial systems, and maintaining of user procedures and standards. Last but not least, you will identify and drive efficiency and process improvement initiatives such as automation, streamlining financial processes, etc.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role working between Finance and IT

- Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting, financial systems and processes

- Proficient with SAP, Blackline,

- Proven success in project management involving system implementation, integration, etc

- Ability to be hands-on and work across different functions and departments

Trading Operation Executive

• Working Days: 5 days

Responsibilities

• Constantly maintain an accurate understanding and application of Commodities Trading Contracts and their obligations

• Perform planning and execution of shipment process in accordance to the relevant commodity contracts

• Perform accurate interpretation of contract terms in order to execute payments or receivables (including Letters of credit, DA, TT & etc) effectively

• Provide assistance in the planning of cargo shipments including vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge port agent appointment, load/discharge operations

• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of preliminary, provisional, final invoices in accordance to contractual terms
