Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Attending site meetings with consultants;
• Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director or Project Manager on any technical / site problems arising;
• Supervising the progress of work on site;
• Reporting work progress to the necessary party;
• Ensure all fire protection systems are in good conditions and ensure the systems are compliance with codes and standards;
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems;
• Coordination of sub-contractor’s work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.

Requirements:
