Key Responsibilities:

As a senior leader in the APAC HR Transformation Consulting practice, you will build strong relationships with board level customer contacts. You will be working on many of the following activities, either leading or as part of a global project team:

The senior data engineer is a senior software developer with strong software engineering skills who is responsible for building custom open-source-based data ingestion and MLOps platforms. He/she has deep appreciation of the complexity of the data engineering process, such as the challenges of data ingestion involving large or near-real-time datasets, the maintenance of high data quality, and the importance of automation for increasing pipeline robustness and reducing the need for human intervention.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Be an effective distributed-system implementer in the following core activities:

1. Design and develop data engineering services and their ecosystem using distributed databases (relational, columnar, graph, in-memory); orchestration (Apache Airflow); and distributed stream/batch data processing (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark).
2. Design and develop MLOps production pipelines; provide technical support to data scientists/ML engineers by getting their ML/DL models deployed at scale and meeting SLAs on both cloud and on-premises GPU and CPU instances.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering, you will be joining our Identity organization currently building a scalable solution to help our enterprise customer having a frictionless account and identity experience across Autodesk's ecosystem. Main Responsibilities:

• Understand Business Requirements: Dive deep into customer expectations, constraints, and opportunities. Translate new prospects into comprehensive product components and strategize project implementations.
• Design Solution Architecture: Analyze existing architectures, prescribe technology upgrades, and craft innovative solutions on cloud/on-premise platforms. Drive compatibility, interoperability, and usability of recommended architectures, fostering growth through proof-of-concept.
• Develop Technical Roadmaps: Lead the setup of development and production environments. Support development teams in end-to-end implementation, testing, and risk mitigation. Foster continuous improvements in design processes.
• Contribute to Innovation Strategy: Build industry expertise, recommend new technologies, scout and test innovative solutions in the market, and expand the Innovation Station ecosystem through local partnerships and R&D projects.

• Educational Background: Engineering or master’s degree in data, computer science & information systems.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in IT/digital companies or startups. Extensive practice in data and software architecture. Experience in MLOps and DevOps, including tools like Docker and Ansible. Proficiency with Git and release management.
• Skills: Strong customer-centric approach, analytical mindset, and business acumen. Knowledgeable in agile practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in a fast-paced team culture.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Innovation/R&D teams for fast-tracked product development.
• Understanding of the Apache open-source ecosystem.
• Experience with AIML and Big Data technologies (e.g., Jupyter Notebook, Hadoop, PySpark).
• Familiarity with common data science toolkits.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Performs regular system, application and network (“System”) health checks to verify that the System is operating optimally.
• Monitors and identifies IT system abnormalities, resolves problems, or escalates to relevant parties for help.
• Performs first-level trouble-shooting on the Systems and escalate to second-level teams for assistance.
• Provides technical support during disaster recovery, contingency test, scheduled maintenance, system change requests, software installation, system equipment problems, etc.
• Generates inventory and statistical reports for monitoring, analytics and audit purposes.
• Generate reports, updates, escalates, and close of incident tickets.
• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of operational procedures and processes. Provides recommendations to improve systems or to streamline processes.
• Maintains and updates System’s documentation and inventories.
