EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, SCHOLAR AND COMMUNITY WELLBEING
=DREAMS (Singapore) Limited is a first-of-its-kind secular, co-ed weekday residential model that provides after-school academic and holistic support to promising and aspiring children from low-income households. She aims to empower them to dream of a future where they are not limited by family circumstances.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Wellbeing and Safety Leadership
- Champion programs that enhance scholars' mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, fostering resilience, confidence, and self-awareness.
- Conduct regular safety and risk assessments to ensure a secure environment, empowering scholars to feel safe and supported in their personal growth.
2. Crisis and Emergency Preparedness
- Lead the development and implementation of emergency response plans, ensuring scholars and staff are equipped to handle challenges with calm and confidence.
- Facilitate training on safety protocols, promoting a culture of proactive care and readiness.
3. Holistic Development for Goal Attainment
- Support each scholar's journey by cultivating motivation, self-efficacy, and a growth mindset through personalized care plans, goal setting, and wellness practices.
- Facilitate workshops on mindfulness, self-reflection, and self-care routines, helping scholars build long-term confidence and resilience.
4. Family and Community Engagement
- Strengthen ties with families, schools, and community partners to create a positive support system that nurtures scholars’ aspirations and motivation.
- Organize community-building events that reinforce shared goals and celebrate scholars' progress, boosting their sense of belonging and purpose.
5. Residential Operations and Positive Living Environment
- Develop and uphold residential policies that promote respect, empathy, and a sense of community responsibility among scholars.
- Document and monitor each scholar’s wellbeing and development journey, fostering a balanced environment where they feel valued and inspired.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in youth engagement, coaching, mentoring, or residential support.
2. Youth Engagement: Strong knowledge of youth engagement principles and cultural sensitivity, with experience working with children, youth, and low-income families preferred.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and an ability to connect effectively with scholars from diverse backgrounds, building authentic relationships with communities, families, and professionals.
4. Proven experience in residential, hostel and working with youths, crisis management, with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
5. Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player with the ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
6. Personal Qualities: Patient, committed, and reflective; values teaching self-sufficiency, embraces humour, and engages positively with others.
7. Work Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to stay on campus (Live in Option Encouraged), working rotational night and morning shifts, including Sunday evenings, with early dismissal on Fridays as required.
- Non-negotiable aspect: Work hours include 2 Sundays per month
- Normal Working Hours:
2 Sundays per month Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm
Non Sunday work week
Monday-Thursday 3pm-11pm
Friday 9am- 6pm

8. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
