Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, focusing on Chinese Outbound & Inbound client to increase revenue, profitability, and market share. The main objective is to expand the client base and grow the business by building and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities with client.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Communicate and present company products, services, and value proposition in a compelling manner.
• Plan and organize trade marketing event, workshop & thank you dinner for enhance our relationship and branding image for clients & agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to clients.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential partners and clients.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful business development activities and achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage trade event.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
• Fluent in Mandarin & familiar with Chinese culture & way of thinking.
