Qualities We Value

Responsibilities:

NIE is seeking to hire a Manager/Assistant Manager – Branding and Marketing Relations in the Public, International & Alumni Relations Department. This position oversees marketing, branding, and publicity for NIE to both internal and external stakeholders using various platforms. Salary Range: $2800 - $3200 + AWS & Variable Bonus

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
• Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm (5.5 days/week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor warehouse assistants to ensure safe and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee and utilize the SAP system to optimize warehouse operations and time management.
• Ensure all stock is arranged and delivered based on the FIFO system.
• Manage delivery orders, packing lists, and inventory reporting.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Handle GMP and ISO compliance, including documentation, staff training, and adherence to SOPs.
• Plan and supervise staff schedules while ensuring operational efficiency.
