• Check the material specification against the material issue sheet so that the correct procedure can be chosen for tacking and welding spools.
• Check the WPS against the drawings and or weld logs so that the correct procedure is being used.
• Check the welding consumables are correct against the WPS applicable for the work order being worked on.
• Check all WIP material issued by the stores matches the requirements of the drawings and work order information sheets.
• Record all relevant details as defined in the Weld and Weave and Plate log sheets provided in the work pack Identify requirements for NDT when fabricated items are available and reach the NDT test stage as per the work order.
• Follow manufacturing instructions as defined in the drawings supplied with work orders.
• Record all relevant details as defined in the Weave Repair logs in accordance with the weave repair instructions where this is required to complete weave repairs.

Job Requirement:

• Good at MIG, manual TIG.
• Comfortable working at Penjuru Place, Jurong East

Warehouse Assistant shall

• Assist in daily stock take and count of inventory

• Assist in picking of required items

• Assist in the preparation of inventory required by orders

• Assist in the general duties of warehouse and logistics as per deem fit

Candidate’s Requirement

- Perform loading and unloading operations.

- Operate stacker, forklifts, and other machinery operations as required.

- Scan incoming and outgoing inventory using RFID scanner.

- Pack the inventory according to delivery requests.

- Coordinate with the sales manager in scheduling delivery to the outlets to ensure timeliness are met.

- Monitor goods handling schedules to ensure timelines are met.

- Adhere to safety, health, and operational quality standards.
