Boilerman Technician (Manufacturing Company) Sembawang

* Gross Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,000 per month

* Quarterly Bonus

* Mon - Fri : 8.00am to 5.30pm / 5:45pm to 3:15am

* Sat: 3:45pm to 11:15pm

* Worked 4 days with 2 days off

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Operate the boiler and ensure it remains in good working condition throughout production, adhering to regulations and maintaining safety in the production process.

· Record and monitor utility output level

· Ensure steam supply smoothly throughout the production period.

· Ensure chemical treatment of the boiler feed water, steam boilers relating to safety.

Requirements:

· Must possess a valid Class 1 or 2 License (Singapore) in Boiler operation.

· Able to work independently or as a team

· Able to perform shift work

· Take ownership and Responsible

· Singaporean only may apply

• Showroom Environment: Create an inviting and compelling retail atmosphere that enhances customer engagement and drives retention.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Communication, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience or service management, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving improvements in customer service and operational performance.
• Good strategic and analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of customer behaviour, service excellence, and retail standards.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
