Qualification:

• Registered RTO in Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACES).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handover.
• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, system testing & commissioning and submission of progress report.

Duties:

• Full-time on site.
• Carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act and work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carrying out the supervision.
• Expect to work overtime on some weeknights and Saturdays where required. Overtime is claimable via timeoff for the next day, subject to approval.
• Carry out the supervision on site for diversion services when required.

Site Location:

• East area.

Salary Range:

• $4,500 to $6,500.

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WORKING ON SITE.

EXPERIENCE TO PERFORM ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATION WORKS WELL.

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MIGRANT WORKERS A PLUS.

EXPERIENCE & FAMILIAR WITH SKETCH-UP, PHOTOSHOP & AUTOCAD INDEPENDENTLY.

ABLE TO WORK OUT & CONDUCT BRIEFING OF PROJECTS SCHEDULE WITH CONSULTANTS, CLIENTS & COMPANY'S WORKFORCE.

CANDIDATE SHALL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE COMPANY'S DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS.

STARTING SALARY S$3,800.00

Requirements

Bachelor degree

2+ years in administrative management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Project management experience

Budgeting and financial reporting experience

Contract management experience

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Information:

1. S$2600 to S$4500 + Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers.
• Coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Build customer relationships through regular visits & responses to their queries
• Understand customer's requirements and advice customers related to technical issues
• Develop new customers by study customer needs and trends relate to our products
• Collate and submit sales reports and analysis

Requirements:

• GCE 'A' Level/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Sales preferrably in marine industry.
• Possess Class 3 driving license and own a car are preferred.
• Ability to speak Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
