Job Description - Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and information support on applications to customers via email, messaging, telephone, and on-site when necessary.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, including writing fundamental SQL scripts, on reported issues.
• Escalate technical issues to relevant parties and follow through diligently until resolution.
• Monitor ongoing batch jobs to ensure successful execution without failure.
• Provide monthly reports.
• Perform SIT Testing, UAT Testing of Service Requests and reported defects.

• Update relevant documents on all executed changes in a timely manner.

Requirements:
