Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and customer-focused BMW Lifestyle Boutique Executive to join our team. This role is integral in providing an exceptional retail experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of BMW Retail.Next brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automotive products, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Merchandising and General Admin Tasks:
- Perform visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
- Handle general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily retail operations.
2. Lifestyle Product Promotion:
- Promote BMW lifestyle products, including apparel, accessories, travel gear, and collectibles.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Support social media, digital marketing efforts and online store - content planning and creation, search engine marketing, email marketing etc.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and market adjustments.
3. Sales and Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of popular items.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Regularly work with merchandise in the store and warehouse.
- Unload and unpack merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management.
4. Customer Transactions and Invoicing:
- Manage customer transactions and invoicing as part of routine store duties.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing sales.
5. Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver excellent customer service to maximize repeat sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Encourage customers to provide feedback through dealership surveys to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
6. Customer Communication:
- Call customers to inform them of parts arrivals and schedule appointments for service.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their orders and service status.
7. Retail Audit Assistance:
- Assist in conducting regular retail audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of audit findings.
8. Aftersales Frontline Standards:
- Ensure the aftersales frontline environment is conducive and adheres to BMW's Retail.Next standards.
- Collaborate with the aftersales team to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
9. Event Support and Participation:
- Support the planning and organization of retail marketing events and customer activations.
- Assist in executing events to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Participate in and support dealership events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Represent the BMW brand at lifestyle and community events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxurious automotive retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for luxury brands and automotive products.
- Proficiency in using retail management systems and software.
