Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and establish the hotel brand identity.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the hotel's pre-opening phase.
• Manage the hotel's digital marketing initiatives, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, social media engagement, and online advertising.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Financial Data Entry:

Assist in the preparation and entry of financial data into accounting software.

Ensure the accuracy of financial records and update financial reports as needed.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Support the processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Assist in monitoring and managing outstanding payments and collections.

Financial Reporting:

Job Summary: The intern will get trained and will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer experience in alignment with the brand’s standards. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with external vendors for the localisation of other language pairs, as well as proofreading of existing localisation work.

Optimise existing in-game texts for all languages, and work with product managers to fine tune content.

Conduct LQA tests for all in-game text, check and correct localisation errors, context mismatches, and text overflow issues.
