• Answering enquiries requires checking of information from various excel files and checking with various parties.
• Identify list of urgent CRM cases and assigning them to relevant officers.
• Any other duties assigned by managers.

Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans may apply
• Basic Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel and Word
