• Manning of shared mailbox and responding to service requests and workflows relevant to facilitate issuance and return of access passes
• Upkeeping records/audit trail and tracking all access pass issuances/returns
• Any other ad-hoc general administration duties

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses a Diploma with experience in RPA programming, familiarity with access control guidelines and automatic processes are a bonus.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
