• To report to Head of Centre for any computer faults and repairs.
• To attend to request by staff on minor computer issues/problems.
• To train staff to attain minimum computer and audio-visual product knowledge.
• To conduct regular IT programs for clients.
• To document, maintain, recommend and improve IT materials and AVA equipment.
• To represent Centre and organize programs/activities for the well being of staff.
• To look into the welfare of staff.
• To ensure safety procedures are adhered to in respect to alighting and boarding of buses by our clients upon arrival and departing from the centre.
• Staff on bus duties is to account for all clients arriving and departing from the centre.
• To vet through all case/health referrals and reviews.
• To ensure that information provided are accurate and comprehensive.
• To upload reviews and health referrals into centre's shared folder.
• Any other duties allocated by the Head of Centre

• Minimum Secondary Education/ Employability skills (ES-WPLN)/any other relevant courses.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy skills MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion to work with people with intellectual disabilities

Responsibilities

• Front-desk administration;
• Handle calls and enquiries;
• Provide frontline service to all stakeholders such as parents, students, staff and the public;
• Manage the Sick Bay and attend to students and staff requiring medical attention;
• Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations, functions and events;
• Data entry and filing of records;
• Maintain lost & found records; and
• Other administrative duties as required by department/school.

Qualification & Skills

• At least 2 years of administrationexperience in which 1 year is preferably in a school context;
• Able to use e-mail and Microsoft Word. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage;
• A pass in English Language at ‘N’ level;
• A pass in Science at N or O level or its equivalent
• Able to communicate well in English (written and spoken) and preferably one other mother tongue language
• The Personnel should preferably be first-aid trained.

Contract Period: From 3 August 2024 to 2 August 2026 with an option to extend.

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm; Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break

Job Scope:

• Perform general accounting functions (eg. Revenue accounting, payable processing, billings and preparation of monthly management reports, etc
• Facilitate the annual financial audit field work
• Assist in generation of additional reports for annual Strategic Business Planning, Budgeting Exercise and Half-Year Review, annual tax queries
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly audit schedules, management reports and quarterly GST return
• Coordinate with various centre and departments

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Diploma holder with at least 5 years’ or degree with 2-3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Value added; has the knowledge for AIMS/SMART System
