Job Description:

• Manage President’s calendar of appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up on actionable tasks.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports and documents.
• Attend various events organised by Chamber of Commerce or other local institutions with the President.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the President.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related filed.
• 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within an educational or academic setting.
• Excellent communication, organisational and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Chinese as required to communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients or partners across different geographical locations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Able to travel and attend events outside of regular working hours.

Job Description

• Processing payment and prepare cheque
• Supporting Accountant in data entry and information gather for reports purpose
• Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Process and verify invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and verifying supporting documentation
• A/R, A/P transactions
• Any other ad-hoc work instructed by superior for account related matters

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accountancy
• Accounting knowledge is necessary
• AT least 1-year experience
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance

• Working location: Kallang
• Working hours: 830am to 6pm
• Working day: Mon-Fri
• Salary: $3000 - $3500

Roles & Responsibility

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to respond to customer requests and issues promptly.
• Prepares and deliver sales quotes, purchase orders, delivery orders.
• Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
• Support finance team with information needed for various invoicing matters.
• Assist in liaising with suppliers, follow ups, etc.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years working experience.
