Job Description:

• Maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality, safety, environmental and infection control standards
• Non-conformance report
• Perform decontamination, washing, cleaning, packing and sterilization of instruments and instrument sets
• Evidence of documentation
• Perform biological and chemical monitoring and document them in accordance with quality assurance standard
• Attendance records
• Receive requisitions and issue supplies to OTs and wards
• Maintain the integrity of sterile instruments, instrument sets and linens from storage to usage
• Maintain sufficient inventories of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of workplace and the environment
• Maintain department records, reports and file as required
• Participate in roll calls, educational and in-service program
• Perform satellite duty at hospitals
• Ensure proper documentation on the wards ordering process
• Perform other related duties and tasks assigned by Supervisors or Manager

Job Requirements:

• Secondary 3 or equivalent a.
• Able to speak and write simple English
• Min 7-8 years of experience in CSSD/TSSU
• Simple computer knowledge
