• Train and guide junior staff and evaluate their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support in meeting scheduling and agenda coordination, rooms booking, venue setup and calendar management.
• Support for procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and drafting approvals to purchase goods and services required for the event.
• Assist with research and travel arrangements for organization events.
• Documentation and support the asset inventory.

Key Requirement:

• Only Singaporean
• Diploma/Degree in any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in secretary or administrative assistant will be a Bonus
