Role and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with operations team for price group creation and adjustments.
• Monitor alerts within the trading systems and make necessary adjustments.
• Ability to work within 3 rotating shifts.
• Handle customers' trading disputes and resolve client queries systematically and effectively.
• Reply to all client enquiries promptly and effectively within the given time frame set in the KPIs.
• May be required to carry out voice dealing in the event of system errors/ trade rejections.
• Monitor the net open positions and exposures in the trading portfolio including FX and derivatives, to ensure that the company’s risk is within approved limits, policies and procedures.
• Facilitate daily pricing and risk management of spot and swap transactions.
• Work with different trading systems to facilitate client orders’ execution and manage internal risk.
• Perform end-of-shift and end-of-day trade reporting.
• Manage clients’ margin requirements, whilst observing risk exposure.
• Interact with operations and troubleshoot any trading or trade-related issues that arise in the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Apply company’s best execution policy and fair execution of trades.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and practices in accordance with market regulations.
Requirements:
• Preferably 1 to 3 years proven track record in a Dealing, Treasury, Liquidity Risk function, or technical support role within financial services.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have strong experience with trading systems.
• Excellent communication skills are required to effectively convey findings from trade investigations and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of FIX protocol and the ability to navigate and interpret FIX logs.
• Holder of MAS Representative Licence or has passed CMFAS RES-2B/12B and CM-SIP is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
• Knowledge of technical and trading risk fundamentals.
