• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies and procedural requirements.

3rd Party Systems

• Point of contact and support any software and application issues.
• Monitor the project progression and provide timely update to reporting.

Others

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience (2 years of experience in project management with 5 years of experience in system design, development, or maintenance.)
• SharePoint, SDLC, SQL, SQL Database, Power Automate and RPA, Internet programming.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP
• Meticulous and detailed.
• Self-motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very strong project management & analytical skills.
• Good organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changes.
• Ability to work under stress and multi-task.
• Willing to work shift hours or late hours if any project required
