The overarching goal of our research group is to understand the roles of lipid metabolism in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and bacterial virulence in order to identify novel diagnostics and therapeutics. The candidate will be involved in the development and application of LC-MSMS approaches to understand the contribution of lipid in Gram negative bacteria in antimicrobial resistance. • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Manage import/export logistics operation to ensure smooth goods flow.
• Liaise and negotiate with forwarders and couriers.
• Provide operational support, training, and guidance to subordinates.
• Analyze and report logistics costs & forwarder services to drive for optimization of transportation solution.
• Support in annual forwarder selection program and Budget/Forecast data making.
• Drive continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance to various company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain with 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Team Player / Independent / Initiative.
• Good time management and able to multi-task
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage subordinates.
• Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in standard logistics terms and compliance requirements.

Shift Type / Work Hours

• Normal Shift (5 days work week)
• 7.50am to 4.55pm

• To attend inbound calls and assist on IT product enquiries and requests
• To do outbound calls for existing and new customers
• Handle online inquiries via website and e-mail campaigns
• To drive customers to purchase online products
• To update the Customer Relationship Management Portal on sales opportunity & leads

• Prepare Sampling of Intermediate products and finished products and collected send to QC lab for testing
• Perform quality check on Packaging material and physical testing.
• Maintain retention sample for all production batches.
• Housekeeping of In-process laboratory equipment and retention sample.
