Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who can communicate effectively with English, Mandarin and Bahasa speaking clients. There are no age restrictions for this role. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as an Account Assistant. Basic computer skills for data entry are required. We are looking for someone available for immediate employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Patient Invoices, collecting the payment (Cash, Cheque, Credit Card) and handling the Credit Card terminal.
- Completing daily and monthly customer, bank and relevant accounting reconciliations.
- Monitor the outstanding invoices and collect the payments.
- Collecting monthly direct debits and making payments
- Preparing and entering journals into the system
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties
- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing
- Scheduling client appointments and managing important departmental deadlines
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts
- Building a good rapport with clients and providing an accounting team with relevant information
Qualifications:
· communicate effectively with English, Mandarin and Bahasa speaking clients
· Basic computer skills for data entry.
· Experience in handling software systems
· Experience in the clinical domain is a plus.
· Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant is a must.
· Willingness to learn and undergo training.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Salary can be considered dependent on work experience.
