We are currently recruiting a Research Assistant to join our Group. Bacteria can be a friend as well as a foe to humans. The overarching goal of our research group is to understand the roles of lipid metabolism in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and bacterial virulence in order to identify novel diagnostics and therapeutics. The candidate will be involved in the development and application of LC-MSMS approaches to understand the contribution of lipid in Gram negative bacteria in antimicrobial resistance. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of investigators in LKCMedicine, clinical and industry partners and will be given comprehensive on-the-job training. Overall Responsibilities:

• Support the main classroom teacher in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning.
• Work with groups of students under the teacher’s direct supervision.
• Supervise the playing of educational games.
• Work with students who have varying degrees of learning support needs.
• Ensure that students adhere to the school’s behaviour policy.
• Prepare work and activities in accordance with the objectives set by the teacher.
• Assist the teacher in helping with the student’s physical needs, whilst also encouraging independence.
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom
• Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Being part of the team, you will participate in parents and community engagement activities.
• Give feedback to teachers on students’ progress.
• Any other related duties as requested by the Head of School.

Requirements:

• Be a passionate educator with the ability to deliver inquiry based learning.
• Creative and inspiring with loving energy
• Diploma in Early Childhood
• Care and Education preferred
• Prior experience in a classroom environment preferred.

Human Resourse Work

- Apply, renew and cancel foreign workers work passes

- Preparation of employment contract and any HR–related letters

- Maintain employees’ database, leave records and maintenance of stall personnel file

- Prepare monthly payroll

- Responsible for Year-End IRAS submission

Administrative Work

- Assist in the day to day productions/operations support

- Responsible for general filing and updating of documents into computer system records

- Conduct PPE end month stock taking

Other Miscellaneous

- Handling stakeholder enquiries

- Monthly distribution of PPE

- Any ad hoc task assigns by management

Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities

1. Providing full assistance to Director and family’s including appointment arrangement, personal purchase and payment.

2. Personal driver to Director and family.

3. Responsible for car servicing, car maintenance and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the car at all times.

4. Any other duties as assigned. (PA)

Job Requirements

1. Singaporean only, able to work with Chinese speaker

2. Valid Class 3 driving license with clean driving record

3. Neatly presented and professional

4. Familiar with Singapore roads and safe driving regulations

5. Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous

6. Reliable, punctual, must be able to speak and write Mandarin

7. Able to work during evenings and on weekends, as required

8. Immediately available/ One month notice
