As a Product Support Assistant at Eastern & Oriental Express, a Belmond Train, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and unforgettable journeys. Assist in the coordination and execution of support activities for our train operations. This role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and enhance passenger experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities include,
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of product information and support materials.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the Product Support Manager.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Product Support team to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.
- Support the implementation of new products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Product Support Manager.

Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with product support and troubleshooting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished appearance
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity. You could be from an independent, have worked in luxury retail or private villas, or be a tour guide.
