Executive/Senior Executive, Finance (Maternity Cover)

The Lee Kim Tah Group is one of Singapore’s foremost property development and construction companies and a pioneer of the island city-state’s world-renowned public housing industry. The Group continues to have significant holdings and activities in the real estate sector and investments holding.

We are looking for a maternity cover for the period from June to September 2024 to join our Group Finance team. This role as Executive/Senior Executive, Finance reports to the Manager, Group Finance.

Job Scope:

- Handle and maintain full set of accounts for five investment entities based in Singapore (AP/AR/GL/Reporting)

- Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams to ensure accurate and compliant management accounts and offshore account submissions

- Assist in updating monthly group cash flow movements

- Prepare quarterly group investment schedules

- Handle monthly payment and other India subsidiary matters

- Assist the Group Finance Manager in the preparation of quarterly subgroup consolidation accounts

- Collaborate with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers as required

- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Candidates who are currently pursuing the CA/ACCA qualification with a minimum 5 years of accounting experience is preferred

- Open to fresh graduates with an Accounting/Finance degree

- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

- Successful candidate will be pro-active, hands-on, possess good interpersonal communication skills and a team player

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sales Team in driving rental of storage units, with the aim of improving the Group’s occupancy rate and profitability
• Drive the sales of associated products such as merchandise
• Conduct site viewings and maintain necessary communication with the Sales Team and enquiries
