• Multi-currency bank reconciliations,
• Crypto exchange hedging, reconciliations, and trade accounting,
• Preparing payments and liaise with bank relationship managers when required,
• Ensure that trade AP and AR positions are fully understood and reconciled and issue the daily financial closing report.

Quickly, other responsibilities will follow:

• AP and AR bookings and review (Xero),
• Attending to customer enquiries related to payments,
• Conducting general know your customer due diligence,
• Contribution to GST process,
• Other accounting and reporting duties as assigned by managers.

After the integration period and when all above aspects are mastered you will be involved in adhoc finance, treasury and accounting projects impacting the team and cross-functional processes.

The job location is BullionStar's office in the same building as BullionStar’s shop, showroom, and vault at 45 New Bridge Road.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary is SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,500 depending on your knowledge, experience, and skills plus a 13th month payment, plus a bonus, reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

Negotiation and Offer Management:

• Facilitate salary negotiations and benefits discussions between clients and candidates.
• Coordinate the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

Candidate and Client Development:

• Provide career guidance to candidates, helping them navigate the Life Science job market and make informed career decisions.
• Offer consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Human Resources, Business, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on the Life Science industry.
• Strong knowledge of Life Science roles, trends, and industry-specific qualifications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
