• Partner closely with Head of Business Management coordinate annual program of technical and other investment related training and development, leveraging broader administration team resources to support
• Develop strong relationships with key personnel within office of CEO, and other key functions and support roles across the business interacting with Investment
• Provide support and back up to other administration/facility support teams as required
• Coordinate network Investment division for all secretaries to share relevant information and ensure cross team coverage, capacity, and capability to support all Investment functions
• Mentor department secretaries to support their development and performance in partnership with functional leader
• Ensure that all secretaries are maintaining Investment organisational charts (by function) and professional bios within each function in a timely manner and stored in a SharePoint for easy access
• Operate with the strictest of confidence and ensure the same attribute is demonstrated with other department secretaries
• Take the lead on adhoc project initiatives as delegated by CIO/Head of Business Management

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree & above or equivalent
• About 10-15 years of professional secretarial experience within banking/finance industries
• Possesses high initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and confident
• Able to mentor/manage a team of secretaries within the investment team
