RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain a prominent profile with clients/intermediaries
• Develop new and existing sales opportunities to meet growth targets
• Ensure risks are accepted and underwritten in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines
• Undertake credit control ensuring the standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to
• Provide a technical reference point for queries
• Carry out quality assurance checks and assist in training of less experienced staff
• Ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the department
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

• GCE ‘O' level with minimum professional insurance qualification (Certificate in General Insurance)

• Operational experience in general insurance environment
• Sound knowledge in underwriting, reinsurance and risk management
• Business development, Marketing and Presentation skills
• Good communications and negotiation skills

Full-Time Senior Veterinary Nurse, Emergency and Critical Care (ECC)

(Day and Night shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays on a rotational roster)
Shifts are mostly 12 hours, allowing more days off per week.

About the role and opportunities:

Key responsibilities include overseeing emergency triage, assisting in complex critical care procedures, anaesthesia monitoring, laboratory work, and managing patients in intensive care. You will also help mentor junior staff and contribute to reception duties as needed. This position offers a competitive salary package based on experience, along with an engaging role. • Excellent communication skills, especially in client interaction
